Enose

Starting with an array of inexpensive (and not very precise) gas sensors, our team was able to use AI to enhance their collective performance and create an electronic nose solution, which can be used for remote monitoring of different biotechnology processes. As the initial application and working together with our colleagues at the Fruit Research Institute in Cacak, we have, naturally, focused on the production of one of our national symbols – Rakija.
