“Serbia – Italy Business and Science Forum” was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, and Prof. Dr. Dubravko Culibrk, acting director of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia, and Dr. Eliza Ricci, main scientific advisor at IVI, spoke on the panel “Research and Innovation Challenges: basic science, AI and future technologies”.
Within the event, two more theme panels focused on energy and green transition, agribusiness, and infrastructure. More than 600 bilateral business contacts between Italian and Serbian enterprises have been organized. The multi-sector Italian business delegation included firms from renewable energy, waste and wastewater management, circular economy, biotechnology and agrotechnology, transport and logistics, railway machinery manufacturing, services, steel industry, construction industry, tourism and hotel industry, wood industry, and textiles. Representatives from the scientific community, faculties, institutions, and associations were also present at the event.
The Serbian Chamber of Commerce hosted the “Serbia – Italy Business and Science Forum”, with the assistance of the Italian Trade Agency and the Italian Embassy in Serbia.
